Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Busser to join our team at The Original Rudy's BBQ & Country Store. As a Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include clearing and cleaning tables, assisting cashiers, and maintaining a clean and well-organized dining area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive to guests' needs and promptly addressing any concerns.
  • Clear and clean tables promptly, ensuring they are properly free of debris for incoming guests.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Dispose of trash and ensure the dining areas are presentable at all times.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and helpful manner, addressing their needs and providing assistance to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors, communicating effectively and supporting each other to maintain a cohesive and positive work environment. Assist fellow team members during busy periods, ensuring a smooth flow of operations.
