Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Barback/Busser to join our team at ASM Global/TechPort Center and Arena. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our guests during events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
  • Support the bar team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including restocking supplies and managing inventory.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be TABC certified.
  • Requires the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in addition to normal business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School education or equivalent.
  • Basic working knowledge of cash register and cash handling procedures.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds to the waist.
