Job Title: Lab Assistant Clinical Supervisor - Clinic Setting

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lab Assistant Clinical Supervisor to join our team at SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing support to our Clinical Supervisor and Behavior Therapists in delivering high-quality behavioral services to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Clinical Supervisor with clinical and administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Supervisor to develop interventions focusing on positive practices to decrease interfering behavior and increase functional skills.
  • Provide ongoing training and consultation to families on the implementation of positive supports and behavioral interventions, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Assist in developing goals in areas such as communication, functional living skills, social skills, self-help skills, and recreational and leisure skills.
  • Support the Clinical Supervisor in the intake process, observations, and preparation of the consumer's initial behavior assessment.
  • Shadow Behavior Therapists, review progress reports, and provide periodic reviews of their performance, including verbal and written feedback.
  • Conduct Inter-Observer Agreements (IOA) to ensure accuracy of client data and coach Behavior Therapists to reduce data discrepancies.
  • Provide therapy sessions for assigned clients, utilizing your expertise in behavioral interventions.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a related field or currently enrolled in a Master's program.
  • 2-3 years of experience working as a Behavior Therapist.
  • 2-3 years of experience working with children aged 2-18 with developmental disabilities.
