  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety, and that all quality control procedures are followed.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that all raw materials and finished goods are available when needed.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Team Development: Develop and train the night shift team to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including production team members, quality control personnel, and management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in the dairy industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications: Must be able to obtain and/or maintain certifications in Receiving, Antibiotic Testing, CHARM testing, and any other regulatory agency requirements.
