Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Courtyard Rehabilitation and Healthcare. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice, as well as applicable state and federal regulations.
- Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shifts, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work performed in accordance with facility standards.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities is preferred.
- Must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
