Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and contact potential clients through networking, cold calling, and lead generation activities
  • Maintain relationships with current clients, generate upsells, and gain referrals
  • Deliver sales presentations to potential and existing customers using approved company materials
  • Stay up-to-date on products and services offered by First Defense Security, including security, access control, and CCTV product lines
  • Close deals by completing sales agreements and paperwork
  • Visit installations and contact clients post-installation to ensure satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers informed
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years industry experience in small business or commercial sales with a proven record of success
  • Minimum of three years outside B2B sales with a proven record of success
  • Consistently met or exceeded sales goals in previous sales positions
  • Strong prospecting and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and present to high-level decision-makers
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
