Role Summary:
The Construction Estimator is essential in overseeing various tasks to effectively secure, bid, and evaluate construction initiatives. This role entails developing precise scopes of work, providing consistent estimates, and ensuring exceptional service quality.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate labor, materials, and time requirements
  • Generate accurate sketches and scopes of work
  • Deliver clearly defined estimates
  • Collaborate with external partners for precise estimates
  • Identify project limitations and enhancements
  • Work alongside the Project Manager for pricing strategies
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Carry out other assigned tasks as needed
Compensation Structure:
  • Salary plus commission

Essential Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years in estimating
  • Familiarity with Xactimate software
  • Comprehensive understanding of building codes and regulations
  • Xactimate level I/II certification
Work Schedule & Travel:
  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Standard Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
