The Associate Product Manager will collaborate across various departments (Customer Service, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure product information is organized, accessible, and effectively communicated within the Open Storage Product Category.

Key Responsibilities:

The Associate Product Manager will oversee one or more designated products, supporting objectives related to Product Development, Innovation, Sales, Profitability, Quality, Availability, and Service. This role is highly visible and serves as a developmental opportunity for those pursuing a career in Product Management.

  1. Implement strategies aligned with the product category to realize the product vision.
  2. Formulate plans to execute product strategies that meet corporate goals and serve customer needs.
  3. Contribute to the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with both internal and external directions.
  4. Facilitate product innovation within the product offerings.
  5. Manage new product development through the Corporate Stage Gate Process.
  6. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of assigned products.
  7. Establish pricing for assigned products.
  8. Conduct product lifecycle planning activities for assigned products (from New Product Development to End of Life).
  9. Possess knowledge and understanding of the Code of Business Ethics.
  10. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 0-4 years of experience in marketing, product management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or another relevant discipline.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
    • New Product Development
    • Customer field research (e.g., ethnographic research)
    • Product marketing
    • Industry-specific experience (e.g., Commercial Laboratory, Foodservice, Healthcare)
