Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our members.

• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting members, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Food Preparation: Prepare food and beverages according to company standards, including operating equipment, maintaining inventory, and adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe environment by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing the cafe area, as well as restocking supplies and merchandise.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment, including working with food preparation, customer service, and cash handling.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, colleagues, and management.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and safely in a fast-paced environment.
