Position Summary: As an Automotive Retail Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our automotive service center. This full-time position is essential for maintaining our service standards and achieving profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest appointments to optimize technician efficiency and ensure timely vehicle services.
  • Support sales initiatives by effectively communicating tire and service product recommendations.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist technicians in explaining repair needs to guests, fostering trust and transparency.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization to meet Monro's high standards.
  • Oversee inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies.
  • Guide and support team members in their roles, ensuring effective workflow.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety standards, including environmental regulations.
  • Step into Store Manager duties as needed to support business operations.

Compensation: Pay ranges from $17 to $22 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. Additional performance-based incentives are available.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive service and sales.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong communication skills and basic math proficiency.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Automotive State Inspector License.
  • ASE Automotive Certifications.
  • Demonstrated sales experience in the automotive sector.
