About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Office Manager to join our team at CHSGa. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our business office, ensuring the smooth execution of our financial and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Oversee the management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
  • Census Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date census records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, insurance companies, and government agencies.
  • Admission Process: Participate in the admission process, ensuring seamless transitions for patients and families.
  • Financial Counseling: Provide financial counseling to patients and families, ensuring they understand their financial obligations.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with payment regulations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor business office associates, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of two years' experience in a business office supervisory capacity.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power Point, excellent organizational and prioritizing skills, effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
