Key Responsibilities


As a Plant Controller, you will be instrumental in:

  • Collaborating closely with department heads to prepare and oversee sales, turnover, investment, and reimbursement planning.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of operational evaluations and key performance indicators across the division.
  • Implementing and regularly updating data transfer processes in accordance with established Controlling methods.
  • Developing and analyzing key performance indicators and tools for effective business process management.
  • Identifying opportunities for economic improvements and formulating actionable plans while monitoring their execution.
  • Conducting investment and economic feasibility assessments within the division.
  • Evaluating economic and technical correlations and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Contributing to the development and execution of efficient controlling processes.
  • Handling inter-divisional tasks that impact your area of responsibility.
  • Providing guidance and training on economic matters to cost managers.
  • Enhancing the recording, analysis, modeling, presentation, and management of controlling-related data in collaboration with responsible organizational units.
  • Participating in benchmarking initiatives both internally and externally.
  • Planning and directing controlling processes and methods, and coordinating measures with your supervisor.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Fluency in English.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting, industrial engineering, economics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SAP (FI, CO) and the Microsoft Office suite.
