  • Perform in-depth evaluations to assess patients' functional capabilities
  • Design and execute personalized treatment strategies
  • Engage in interdisciplinary patient care meetings and contribute to program enhancements
  • Oversee support personnel and aid in the execution of program initiatives

Qualifications and Licensure:

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in rehabilitation therapy
  • Graduate from an accredited rehabilitation therapy program
  • Current state licensure and valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel between various locations
