Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Global Technical Implementation team, emphasizing process optimization, team structure enhancement, professional skill development, and career advancement while cultivating an environment that promotes industry excellence.
  • Prioritize scaling capacity, improving efficiencies, and enhancing customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Establish a cohesive framework for supporting global clients across integrity and assessment products, creating an efficient and repeatable service delivery model.
  • Develop a strategy to provide a modern, accessible library of up-to-date content, emphasizing self-service and just-in-time adult learning with integrated efficiencies and scalability.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor on Turnitin products and LMS integrations, ensuring ongoing professional development and quality assurance for technical implementation consultants.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to facilitate seamless customer interactions and reduce preventable support cases.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience proactively and drive related initiatives across Turnitin departments.
  • Establish KPIs to assess team effectiveness, providing visibility into customer health, satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Oversee staff planning, recruitment, performance management, work assignments, training, mentoring, and recognition or disciplinary actions.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to pinpoint areas for development within company Professional Services.
  • Manage a service portfolio that addresses strategic services and general implementation needs while leveraging digital learning tools and proven methodologies.
  • Identify and formulate plans to manage at-risk customers during the onboarding or technical change management phases of their journey.
  • Facilitate customer interactions with Support and Integrations teams for urgent issues and escalations.
  • Aggregate customer feedback and requirements for the Product team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing professional services, implementations, or onboarding functions, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams of 5 or more in a technical department within a SaaS organization.
  • 3+ years of experience utilizing metrics to enhance onboarding efficiency, including weekly goal setting and reporting to management.
  • A blend of analytical and creative skills to devise innovative solutions for clients while delivering exceptional service.
  • Proven ability to drive operational excellence and advocate for customers within the organization.
  • Effective collaboration skills with various business units to ensure customer success.
  • Demonstrated success in optimizing processes and tools for customer implementation, training, and education.
  • Experience in customer training, implementations, and educational services.
  • Proven track record in hiring and retaining a talented professional services team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Additional Information

The expected annual base salary range for this position is: $99,000/year to $148,000/year. This position is eligible for bonuses or commissions.
