Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' therapeutic needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based speech therapy services to patients, promoting effective communication and swallowing skills.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) and certification in CPR/BLS.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to patient homes.
