Speech Therapist Opportunity

Riverside Health System is seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our Riverside At Home team. As a Speech Therapist, you will support patients in the Newport News community by performing initial and ongoing assessments to objectively measure patients' progress, carrying out evidence-based treatments plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform initial and ongoing assessments to measure patients' progress
Carry out evidence-based treatments plans that engage patients and meet their therapeutic needs
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to provide great care with compassion

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology
Recent relevant experience preferred
Licenses and Certifications: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), CPR/BLS Certification, Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
