Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Newport News, Virginia. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to work with our clients in the Williamsburg to Hampton, VA area. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct home visits to assess and treat clients with physical therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Educate clients and their families on proper care and safety techniques.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Current VA Physical Therapist license.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
