Shift Requirements: Positions are primarily for the second shift (evening), but flexibility to work any shift is essential should schedule adjustments and workload redistribution be necessary.

Security Clearance: Candidates must be eligible to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance following the commencement of employment. Eligibility for a security clearance necessitates U.S. Citizenship.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Experience in complex electro-mechanical assembly tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Capability to maintain precise records.
  • Propose and implement enhancements for equipment and processes related to current production operations.
  • Evaluate existing production equipment and process challenges while recommending corrective measures.
  • Competence in interpreting engineering drawings (blueprints), sketches, and both written and verbal instructions.

  • Ability to document processes in the form of written instructions (manufacturing instructions, process guidelines, development worksheets, harness boards, tooling, fixturing, and special process instructions).
  • Capacity to obtain and sustain necessary certifications.
Preferred Skills:
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Experience in a collaborative team setting.
  • Familiarity with MRP/SAP systems.
  • Exposure to Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Proficiency in soldering (IPC J-STD-100).
  • A&P certification.
  • ASE certification.
