Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at Young & Franklin / Tactair. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing new mechanical products, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with customers to meet their technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new mechanical products, including mechanical systems, components, and assemblies
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in mechanical design and development
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
