Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain resident apartments, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Ensure common areas, such as hallways and community spaces, are clean and well-maintained
  • Restock supplies and linens as needed
  • Collaborate with the Housekeeping Supervisor and other team members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
  • Communicate effectively with residents and staff to ensure their needs are met
Requirements
  • Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience required
  • Previous experience in a senior living community is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
