About the Role:

Presidio is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team in PA. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing new accounts, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate customer needs by proactively gauging customer requirements and responding to customer requests.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify customer needs and sell the appropriate hardware and company services.
  • Maintain a targeted understanding of customers' business, including establishing customer needs, buying cycles, and creating strong relationships to effectively drive sales and repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales top-line revenue and margin goals as defined by management.
  • Drive profitability and grow revenue for target accounts in partnership with inside sales team.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in outside information technology sales in application, cloud, infrastructure, network security, professional, and managed services.
  • Preferred candidate will have prior experience selling advanced technology solutions from AWS, Cisco, Palo Alto, VMware, Dell, Microsoft, etc.
  • Ability to reach expected sales quota the first 90 and 180 days of employment leveraging existing vendor and customer contacts, as well as experience and track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
