About the Role:
United Wholesale Mortgage is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Mortgage Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mortgage processing department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into our system
- Split and label loan packages for processing
- Order verifications of income and Social Security Numbers
- Index loan conditions and upload documents
- Verify loan information and submit summary reports
- Review state and federal compliance
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No mortgage experience necessary
- Comfortable with technology and able to multitask
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
