Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Release Coordinator to join our IT team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth deployment of software applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the release process, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of upcoming releases and their roles within them.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure consistent deployment processes and procedures.
  • Participate in deployments, triggering the release process and monitoring efforts during releases.
  • Assist with restoration efforts in the event of system failures caused by releases.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned by leadership.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional working experience with Jira.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in high-stress situations.
  • Technical experience configuring, debugging, or developing software solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple projects successfully.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations.
  • Willingness to work some evenings and weekends.
  • Critical thinking and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional working experience with Octopus, Jenkins, and Bitbucket.
  • Development experience, including merging code and deployment.
