Job Description

The Infusion Care Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and providing direct infusion care in the home or alternate treatment site, ensuring patient safety while providing continuity of care in compliance with the physician's plan of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient care following the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Coordinate all nursing care for patients utilizing established clinical nursing practice standards.
  • Develop and individualize plans of care based on assessment of patient's baseline needs and response to care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current active and unrestricted registered nurse license.
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience as a RN working in an area noted above, with an IV nursing certification.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $85,000, depending on education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
