We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Infusion Care Professional to join our team at Naven Health. As a Certified Infusion Care Professional, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality infusion care to patients in their homes.

About the Role

The Certified Infusion Care Professional will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized infusion plans. This role requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized infusion plans for patients
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Deliver direct patient care, including administering medications and providing education
  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current active and unrestricted registered nurse license
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience working as a RN in an area requiring training and hands-on experience in infusion therapies
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support for Health Care Professionals
  • Valid Drivers License and proof of liability insurance with access to a vehicle for business travel

Compensation and Benefits

  • A salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience
