The customer service staff is the backbone of our gym, providing exceptional service to our members and management team. Their key responsibilities include:

Key Functions:
  • Providing top-notch customer service and account administration to current gym members
  • Maintaining a welcoming and clean environment in the gym
  • Monitoring the gym environment and operations on a daily basis

The customer service staff is responsible for carrying out various duties, including:

Duties:
  1. Greeting and saying goodbye to all members and guests
  2. Monitoring club access to members and non-members
  3. Answering questions and handling member complaints
  4. Explaining the Judgement Free Zone to all members and non-members
  5. Answering info calls and taking messages
  6. Providing club tours
  7. Completing daily cleaning stations and rounds
  8. Selling memberships and entering new members into the database
  9. Operating the Point of Sale system
  10. Organizing and maintaining the customer service front desk
  11. Assisting with club housekeeping and restocking paper products
  12. Performing beginning and end of day procedures
