Mativ is seeking a detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Production Compounder. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products through various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure availability of raw materials and supplies
- Maintain clean and organized equipment and workstations
- Set up and operate manufacturing equipment
- Perform quality control checks and weight measurements
- Accurately dispense and package products
- Complete documentation and records for each batch
- Keep work area clean and organized, adhering to company standards
- Calibrate and maintain weight scales and other equipment
- Prepare and mix brine solutions and other chemicals
- Maintain accurate batch records and inventory
- Clean and prepare equipment for future use, ensuring optimal performance
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Utilize standard inspection equipment and tools
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications
