Job Title: Director, Digital eCommerce Acceleration

At L'Oreal USA, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director, Digital eCommerce Acceleration. This role will be responsible for driving the launch and acceleration of brands on new eCommerce channels using a data-driven content and CX approach rooted in insights and the competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the launch and acceleration of brands on new eCommerce channels using a data-driven content and CX approach.
  • Manage content testing opportunities and optimizations.
  • Support the activation and acceleration of social commerce in collaboration with LUSA CDMO & Brand(s) to drive sales and content engagement.
  • Champion the usage of Opera, with a focus on process, IP rights compliance, and management.
  • Co-develop and refine best practice framework for professional eCommerce content and CX in the US.
  • Cascade learnings, upskill, and collaborate with brands, DMIs, channel leads, and CDMO partners on best-in-class digital shelf and CX experiences across B2C and B2B to achieve excellence in execution for our brands.
  • Share updates on US category landscape and workstreams with CDMO and Global counterparts.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of digital marketing, merchandising, and/or content creation experience.
  • Strong understanding of the digital industry; beauty and content experience a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel and PowerPoint are a must-have skill. Ability to create high-impact presentations, storytell, and influence cross-functional partners.
  • Must be skilled at executing within tight timeframes with excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines through prioritization and expectation management.
  • Must demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to gather and synthesize data across multiple sources to formulate insights and manage through ambiguity.
  • Promotes a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the ecommerce acceleration team and with cross-functional peers.
  • Process-oriented mindset along with a high level of curiosity.
  • Ability to take initiative, act proactively, and drive projects to the finish line.
