Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team at Alomere Health. As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will play a critical role in the diagnosis and treatment of patients by accurately collecting specimens and performing laboratory tests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and process laboratory specimens for testing
  • Perform laboratory tests, including blood bank, chemistry, hematology, immunology, microbiology, pathology, toxicology, and urinalysis
  • Report test results to physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain quality control and quality assurance standards in the laboratory
  • Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in medical laboratory technology
  • Board of Certification, Medical Laboratory Technician
  • Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies
