Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute comprehensive social media content plans, including creation, scheduling, and publication across various platforms.
  • Branch and LO Projects: Collaborate with loan officers and managers to gather event details and requirements, ensure availability of necessary materials and supplies, and create promotional materials for events.
  • Onboarding Support: Record training videos, host live training sessions, and create welcome posts for new hires.
  • Custom Design Projects: Address custom design needs on an as-needed basis, working closely with the corporate team, and execute a variety of design projects including social media posts, EDDM postcards, and event promotional materials.
  • Systems Support: Possess comprehensive knowledge of all marketing platforms, including CRM and CreateMore Studio, and provide on-demand assistance to address platform-related queries or issues.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications or a related field.
  • Organized, self-starter with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong communicator that can work effectively within the team.
  • Understanding of current marketing trends.
Preferred Experience:
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong communication and ability to work well with others.
Work Environment:

This role will be based in the OVM Corporate office in Virginia Beach and will require long hours of sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle and eye strain.
