Responsibilities

As an Outpatient Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating mental health diagnoses and creating treatment plans
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and collaborating with a dynamic team
  • Utilizing creativity in treatments and interventions to help clients achieve their goals
  • Preparing and submitting individual documentation for each session
  • Coordinating services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, and other Ellie staff as needed
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) in the state of New Jersey
  • Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
