We are seeking a highly skilled Service Center Operations Manager to join our team at Valvoline. As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will play a key role in helping build a high-performance team that delivers exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and train a team of automotive technicians to optimize their development and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Assist the Service Center Manager in the daily operation and oversight of the service center, including inventory management, labor management, and financial performance.
- Deliver a positive first impression to each guest with a warm and friendly greeting, and build trust and win repeat, loyal customers.
- Maintain a clean, well-organized service center and facilitate a safe and secure working environment.
- Become familiar with Environmental, Health & Safety compliance and other policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Six months of supervisory experience required, preferably in a retail environment.
- Knowledge of cash handling, facility, and safety control policies and practices.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and climb stairs.
- High school diploma or equivalent, and English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
