The Role
The Vice President of Strategic Partnerships is an accomplished sales executive with a proven track record in senior sales leadership within a professional services environment.

This role entails owning the revenue objectives for the entire organization while also managing a select portfolio of clients.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a matrixed organizational structure and play a pivotal role in shaping our comprehensive growth strategy alongside other senior executives.

As our organization expands, this position will oversee both local and remote sales teams. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role is integral to the senior leadership team at 1904labs.

Key Responsibilities
In collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team, contribute to the formulation of the overall growth strategy for 1904labs.

  • Accountable for recruitment, establishing sales KPIs, and mentoring our business development team members.

Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in external sales.
  • Background in software or solutions sales, particularly in managed services or technology-related offerings.
  • Experience contributing to a multi-disciplinary leadership team.
  • Familiarity with multi-branch operations.
  • Proven ability to engage with C-suite executives of large organizations.
  • Formal training in sales management and leadership.
  • Self-motivated and capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Google Suite for Business.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to establish oneself as a trusted advisor to clients and deliver effective solutions.
