About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retirement Services Support Specialist to join our team at Hired by Matrix, Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and maintain effective relationships with financial advisors and branch employees to deliver world-class service to our clients.
  • Handle Client Inquiries: Respond to incoming phone calls and emails from clients related to Retirement Services, providing timely and accurate information to resolve their issues.
  • Utilize Resources and Tools: Leverage internal and external resources and tools to provide information and resolve client inquiries, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Process Requests and Escalate Inquiries: Follow established procedures to route processing requests to the appropriate teams and escalate inquiries for further research, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Meet Service Goals: Collaborate with management to establish and meet team and department service goals, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or minimum 2 years of experience in the financial industry, with a strong understanding of retirement products and services.
  • Attention to Detail: Possess excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all client interactions.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues creatively.
  • Desire to Learn and Grow: Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow, with the ability to quickly apply knowledge to various situations.
