Role Overview: The Therapy Support Associate is an integral part of our rehabilitation team, working closely with physical, occupational, and speech-language pathologists to deliver high-quality patient care. This dynamic role involves performing routine tasks, assisting with patient treatment plans, and contributing to the maintenance of a clean and organized department.

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess one year of experience in a patient care setting and hold a current American Heart Association, Basic Cardiac Life Support, and Health Care Provider card. Experience as a physical, occupational therapy, or rehabilitation aide is preferred.

Compensation Package: Our estimated salary range for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
