Environmental Geologist

Kleinfelder is seeking a highly skilled Environmental Geologist to join our team in Kingsville, Texas.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute field activities, including environmental data evaluation and sampling.
- Oversee subcontractors performing monitoring well installation and environmental sampling activities.
- Enter, evaluate, and prepare reports on environmental data.
- Assist with field services, including laboratory sample management and equipment maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with Kleinfelder staff, subcontractors, and clients.
- Ensure quality execution of tasks assigned.
- 3-6 years of experience in environmental geology or a related field.
- Soil and/or groundwater sample collection experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Knowledge of TCEQ regulations and guidance documents.
- Experience with preparing TCEQ reports.
- Experience with various contaminants, including chlorinated compounds, petroleum compounds, PCBs, PFAS compounds, and metals.
- Experience with Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC).
- Transportation Worker Identification Credentials (TWIC) card.
- OSHA HAZWOPER certification.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and effective oral and written communication skills.
