The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to advance global mental health research, education, and practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to advance global mental health research, education, and practice.
  • Program Management: Oversee the management of global mental health programs, including budgeting, grant writing, and project coordination.
  • Collaboration and Partnerships: Foster partnerships with global mental health stakeholders, including researchers, policymakers, and practitioners.
  • Communication and Outreach: Develop and implement effective communication and outreach strategies to promote global mental health initiatives.
  • Research and Evaluation: Conduct research and evaluation to inform global mental health policy and practice.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in public health, global health, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in global health, program management, and research.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience with grant writing and budgeting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ph.D. in public health, global health, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a global health setting, including research, program management, and policy development.
