We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled LCS Waterfront Support Program Analyst to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position requires a strong background in leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical and programmatic support to the combat systems on in-service ships
  • Familiarity with DoD/DON Policies and Procedures related to systems engineering processes and acquisition and modernization of Navy combat systems
  • Participation in program management reviews and preparing and coordinating inputs for status reports, briefings, and information inquiries
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Science with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience providing technical and programmatic support to combat systems on in-service ships or twenty (20) years of experience in lieu of degree
  • Experience planning and executing Navy ship maintenance availabilities
  • Demonstrated leadership and experience managing teams
  • Ability to travel CONUS/OCONUS as needed up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Littoral Combat Ship class shipboard experience
  • Former US Navy Chief Petty Officer
Clearance Requirements:
  • Current and active Secret security clearance
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time
  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
  • Often positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
  • May be asked to move Audio/Visual or Computer equipment

The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300-$155,200.
