About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Jovian Concepts Inc. This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.


Job Responsibilities
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documents, ensuring seamless access for authorized personnel.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule client appointments and manage processes with precision, guaranteeing timely completion of tasks.
  • Data Entry and Database Management: Enter quality control metrics and maintain databases with utmost care, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including typing memos, letters, and reports, as well as maintaining Excel spreadsheets.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current and active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.
  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Word.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Excel and database entry.
  • At least 3 years of general office work experience.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
