Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe and therapeutic milieu for patients
  • Assist with crisis intervention and activities of daily living
  • Work collaboratively with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in health or human services preferred
  • One year of prior psychiatric experience preferred
  • CPR certification required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
