Key Responsibilities- Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment
- Work closely with Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to ensure seamless patient care
- Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings is a plus
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus
