Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team at our Cincinnati, OH distribution center. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via email and phone, exceeding client expectations, and ensuring service levels are clearly understood.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Answer general customer questions via email and phone.
  2. Demonstrate skills and product knowledge required to perform job functions.
  3. Use electronic catalog and Global website to support customer care operations.
  4. Process demo requests, check order status, and provide product information and pricing.
  5. Resolve customer inquiries and follow up on daily reports.
  6. Maintain an open issue log and escalate open issues with no response to supervisor.
  7. Participate in all Global Teams training meetings.

Requirements

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one to three months related experience and/or training preferred.
