We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Design Manager to join our team at Daksta | Connecting Mission Critical Talent. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the design and installation of electrical systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Execution: Work on small projects where required, including design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems, as well as minor system alterations.
  • Technical Innovation: Continuously seek new, innovative, and cost-effective methods of completing work without compromising safety or quality.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain good documentation, record keeping, and produce succinct reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain good interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach to ensure excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience and Expertise: Possess 5+ years' experience as an Electrical Engineer, with a strong background in design and installation from pharmaceutical projects.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Demonstrate great communication skills and ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and clients.
