Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of our employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. You will also be responsible for coordinating with insurance carriers and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze benefit program options to enhance effectiveness
- Create and implement Wellness programs and initiatives to engage Team Members in healthy choices and effective benefit utilization management
- Act as liaison with various insurance carriers/brokers and foster effective relationships with client representatives
- Coordinate with the Risk team to coordinate leave or injury status reports, including return to work initiatives
- Oversee the administration of our 401k plan
- Provide recommendations and guidance to management on return to work strategies
- Coordinate annual open enrollment meetings and processes
- Prepare and maintain monthly Team Member eligibility reports, status changes, and terminations
- Oversee the Leave of Absence administrative function
- Primary contact for processing Team Member requests for accommodation and ensure compliance with ADAAA
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources & Benefits Administration function
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
- Must have experience in benefits administration for 1000+ employees
- Bilingual in English/Spanish helpful
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of Benefits Administration Human Resource functions
- Must be computer proficient, strong knowledge of MS Office products (Excel important), and HRIS administration
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
