Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-Time Compliance Manager - Bilingual Night Operations to join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions. As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality control of general business operations, increasing client satisfaction, and working productively with Independent Contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular visits to facilities to check on the quality and scope of contractors doing janitorial assignments and other ongoing facilities projects.
  • Report findings and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Work independently and with others in various types of facilities, including industrial, manufacturing, office, medical, retail, and more.
  • Exercise good judgment in reporting client concerns to management and seeking the involvement of others to best meet clients' needs.
  • Collaborate with City Wide Facility Solutions' team to provide solutions to clients' facility-related issues.
Requirements
  • Bilingual Spanish/English required.
  • High school diploma required.
  • 1-3 years of prior experience in supervising or managing others.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Building, facilities, restaurant, or similar industry experience a plus.
  • Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Innovative and strive for continuous process improvement.
Preferred Experience
  • Building maintenance, facilities, janitorial, restaurant, or similar industry experience a plus.
  • CRM experience.
Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include constant sitting, bending, standing, and walking. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Benefits
  • IRA retirement plan with 3% match (at eligibility).
  • Part-time positions do not include medical/health benefits.
  • Hourly wage of $17-$19/hour.
  • Mileage reimbursement up to $600/month.
Schedule

20-25 hours per week; may be able to turn into full-time at a later date. Assigned evenings to work are flexible; most of our Night Managers work Sunday - Thursday evenings. Assigned work hours are flexible, somewhere between 5:00 pm – 2:00 am. Many of our Night Managers work 8:00 pm - 1:00 am.
