Position Overview:
We are seeking highly skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) who are empathetic, confident, and responsive to the needs of our patients. Our agency serves all of Northern Virginia, and we are committed to delivering exceptional home care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including mobility and range of motion exercises.
- Safely transfer clients in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by changing bed linens, doing laundry, and assisting with personal care.
- Document patient care, conditions, progress, and any concerns to communicate effectively with supervisors.
- Engage with clients through conversation or reading to promote mental well-being.
- Provide medication reminders and encourage participation in exercises or activities.
Qualifications:
- Valid CNA license or certification for HHA and PCA.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of one year of relevant professional experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
