About the Role:

DaVita is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis center. As a Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide empathetic and compassionate care to patients in an intimate outpatient setting.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required.
  • Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) a plus.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification a plus.
