Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in New York City. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our employees across various locations throughout the United States and internationally.

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, requiring the ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team. You will be expected to provide timely reports to IT management and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage service requests from inception to completion within Service Level Objectives (Service Level Management)
  • Provide advanced customer service skill set to meet with users directly, solve their issues, and leave them with a positive experience
  • Work within an ITIL compliant service request management system
  • Maintain inventory management and change management procedures
  • Deploy PC Imaging and provide user orientation
  • Report critical issues, SLO breaches, and Service Opportunities to IT management

Requirements:
  • Customer service skills
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Basic experience with Microsoft desktop operating systems and Office Automation tools
  • Mobile device support (Apple iOS and Android)
  • Strong communications and relationship building ability
  • Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

The estimated salary range for this position is $48,000 - $56,000 per year.
