Insight Global is seeking a skilled Tier 1 End User Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a Tier 1 capacity.

We are looking for someone who is proficient in both Windows and Mac operating systems, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Tier 1 technical support to end users, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft Office 365 applications, and assisting C-Suite executives with technical issues. They will also be required to document and track issues, resolutions, and escalate complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.

The estimated salary for this position is $22-28 per hour, depending on experience level. If you have a passion for technology and a knack for problem-solving, we encourage you to apply.
