Job Title: Pediatric Physical Therapist

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team at Andwell Health Partners. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical therapy services to clients according to standards of practice outlined by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care that incorporate goals consistent with the client's age, condition, and needs.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current PT license in the State of Maine.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • 1 year of Physical Therapy experience, with home health experience preferred.
